“Jerome B. Trout, III, is principal of Trout Management and principal of Trout Daniel & Associates. Having represented national and regional retailers, including General Mills Restaurant Group, Domino’s Pizza, Pep Boys, Duron Paints, Dollar General, Blockbuster Video and Papa John’s Pizza, Jerry has worked in a variety of markets from Tidewater, Va, to southern New Jersey. Jerry is currently a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Rene Daniel is a recognized expert in the merchandising and leasing of regional and specialty centers throughout the U.S. and consults for some of America’s largest shopping center developers. He served on the charter committee, which created the Certified Leasing Specialist designation, a new industry standard. Rene sits on the editorial board of Shopping Center Business Magazine, has written numerous articles for various trade publications, as well as having written a full chapter for the Shopping Center Leasing Handbook recently published by ICSC. Furthermore, he was honored and awarded the “ICSC Trustees Distinguished Service Award” in 2002.”
